Ubad Ubud Cooking Class provides two types of recipes, Regular and Vegetarian versions. The meal will be served in buffet style with restaurant standard.

Regular menu

  • Sup Jamur. Clear Mushroom Soup with Young Coconut
  • Sate Lilit. Minced Chicken Grilled on Bamboo Stick
  • Pepes Tuna. Steam Tuna Wrap in Banana Leaves
  • Tempe & Tahu Goreng Bumbu Manis. Deep Fried Tofu &Tempe with Sweet Soya Sauce
  • Gerangasem. Steam Chicken & Chayote with Basic Yellow Sauce
  • Gado-Gado. Mix Boiled Vegetables with Peanut Sauce
  • Urab Bali. Balinese vegetable salad

Dessert

  • Bubuh Injin. Black sticky rice pudding.

Vegetarian menu
